What a Private Coach Actually Changes

Team practice develops the team. A private coach develops your player — meeting them exactly where they are and stretching them just past it, week after week. Use this tool to see the difference focused individual training makes over a season compared to team practice alone.

The method behind it: the Zone of Proximal Development.

My focus isn’t just on reaching an endpoint, but on guiding young athletes through meaningful growth. Using the zone of proximal development as a guiding principle, I provide support and challenges carefully calibrated to their current abilities, allowing them to transform adversity into a catalyst for building accountability, responsibility, teamwork, a strong sense of community, and a genuine appreciation for their accomplishments.
